Currently, we accept cash or benefit Payment (Bahrain) as forms of payment. However, we are actively working on implementing an online payment system to offer more convenience to our customers. Yes, you can cancel your order before the delivery. Additionally, if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can also cancel it. We ship orders in all over GCC countries

What shipping carriers do you use?

 

We choose DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide.

 


 

How long does it take to process my order?

 

We aim for speedy service! Around 90% of our orders ship the same day they're placed. For international orders, advance payment is required. Get in touch with our sales team to confirm if delivery is available in your country.

 

How long does shipping take?

 

In Bahrain and Kuwait, expect delivery on the same day or the next day. For other available delivery countries, shipping typically takes 2 to 3 days.

 How do I track my order?

Are all my items shipped together?


It depends on the products you ordered. Since we operate multiple fulfilment centres, sometimes your items may come with different packages.



RETURNS

 

What is your return policy?

You can return the item on the same day or the next day. Additionally, if there is a problem with our product, you have up to 1 month to return it. Please note that physical damage and issues with the display or screen are not covered under warranty. Furthermore, we offer a one-month checking guarantee to ensure your satisfaction with the product.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?


If you encounter any internal hardware or software problems with your product upon receiving it, please notify us on the same day. If your case is legitimate, we'll provide a replacement the same day or the next day. In the event that a replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund. However, please note that physical damage, such as breakage, should not be present for a refund or replacement.
